Loro Piana — Retail Excellence Intern in New York (Internship). Full-time summer role supporting retail training, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate retail training logistics: schedule sessions, send invitations, compile materials, manage attendance and liaise with catering and venue vendors.
- Serve as primary administrator for the Retail Excellence inbox, triaging inquiries and directing requests to appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop digital and physical training tools (e.g., product maps, quizzes) to support learning initiatives.
- Create and maintain attendance and KPI reports using Microsoft Excel; analyze data to inform training effectiveness.
- Produce presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for team meetings, trainings and strategic initiatives.
- Provide operational and administrative support during store visits and product knowledge trainings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content and ensure seamless execution of retail programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in progress (preferred concentrations: Education, Business, Graphic Design, Management).
- Available to work full-time during the internship (M–F, 9:00–18:00, with Friday remote work).
- Must be able and willing to travel to the NYC office and local boutiques.
- In-store retail experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and basic project management skills.

Entry-level internship; no prior senior experience required. In-store retail experience or previous exposure to retail training is advantageous.
