Role & Responsibilities
- Support administration and day-to-day management of the Loro Piana Digital Learning Retail app, ensuring content is current and correctly configured.
- Collaborate in the creation, review and updating of digital training editorial plans and product training materials, adhering to established guidelines and templates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital learning solutions by proposing enhancements and ensuring alignment with translation and quality processes.
- Support analysis of Client Experience tools and dashboards; extract data, identify trends and anomalies, and contribute to regular reports and presentations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative training KPIs to generate actionable insights and support the development of follow-up action plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment, clear communication and timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Humanities, Management, Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to synthesize data and translate findings into concise recommendations.
- Collaborative mindset, flexibility and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or project experience in retail, training, client experience or analytics is advantageous.
Education
Master’s degree in Humanities, Management, Economics or related field.
