Loro Piana seeks a Regional VP Retail to lead multi-unit operations in Miami. Strategic retail leader with luxury expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain annual and monthly business objectives with store management, developing and implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Monitor store performance through KPI analysis and develop corrective action plans on a store-by-store basis to ensure targets are met
- Build and lead high-performing retail teams, defining succession planning strategies and individual development plans to develop future leaders
- Cultivate a collaborative environment across stores by facilitating client sharing, team selling initiatives, and cross-unit synergies to optimize customer experience
- Partner with Regional Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to align commercial objectives, brand standards, and market execution strategies
- Drive client relationship management by developing loyalty programs, analyzing customer spending habits and frequency, and increasing the base of premium clientele
- Develop and execute market research activities, providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviors, and pricing to inform regional strategy
- Evaluate real estate opportunities and monitor market developments to identify and assess potential expansion locations that align with brand positioning
- Maintain budgeting and profitability oversight, adjusting plans to capitalize on opportunities and sustain financial performance across the region
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with headquarters functions, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure coordinated execution of brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 10 years of multi-unit retail management experience within luxury fashion or premium retail
- Demonstrated track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing retail teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Proven financial acumen and P&L management expertise with strong business acumen
- Deep knowledge of retail store operations, inventory management, open-to-buy, loss prevention, and expense control
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning, customer service standards, and market dynamics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative, creative strategies within a structured environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels
- Ability to work independently and drive results with agility and accountability
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and luxury retail systems

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail environments within luxury fashion or premium brands. Demonstrated success in building and mentoring retail teams, managing complex P&L responsibilities, and driving sales performance in competitive luxury markets.
Education
Master's degree or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
