The Ready-to-Wear Central Planning Coordinator leads strategic and operational production planning across RTW, Accessories and Lifestyle, aligning market demand with production capacity and coordinating deliveries, inventory, reporting and cross-functional processes. The role manages the RTW Central Planning team and offers a permanent, full-time position under the applicable Italian Textile, Clothing and Fashion sector CCNL and supplementary company agreement. Initial gross annual salary for new joiners in Italy is EUR 39,000; actual compensation may vary, and participation in a discretionary performance-based bonus scheme is provided for.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement long-, medium- and short-term production plans with the RTW, Accessories and Lifestyle business units, optimizing resources and aligning plans with company targets.
- Monitor production progress and adapt plans with the business units; oversee demand analysis to identify trends and seasonality, and set production priorities based on commercial needs and resource availability.
- Ensure deliveries meet the Go To Market calendar.
- Oversee planning for top-up orders following sales campaign buying, capsules and events, responding promptly and feasibly to commercial requests.
- Oversee Essentials planning, including needs analysis, raw material availability and replenishment, supplier capacity, lead times and production order launches; monitor raw material inventory to optimize replenishment.
- Prepare executive summaries and high-level reports for company and corporate management.
- Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics, facilitating information flow across company functions to meet business priorities.
- Work with IT and relevant internal and external Supply Chain functions to improve planning processes and update or develop IT tools.
- Manage, coordinate and develop the RTW Central Planning team, supervising daily activities and supporting professional growth and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI; familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools. SAP is a plus; Sedapta is specified as a planning tool.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English.

At least 5 years; 4–6 years in planning roles within structured medium or large companies or consultancy firms, including prior resource management or coordination experience.
Education
Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
