Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain price lists for all procurement categories including textiles, accessories, and leather; negotiate and validate pricing and minimum order quantities with suppliers
- Oversee the breakdown and issuance of purchase orders for raw materials in alignment with procurement planning schedules
- Coordinate operational activities for order management, supervising order processing staff across all material categories
- Ensure timely and accurate entry and release of purchase orders into the system
- Monitor daily and weekly progress of raw material orders and track delivery schedules
- Manage order confirmations and updates with suppliers
- Collaborate with the procurement planning team to review and revise purchase plans according to scheduled timelines
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships; follow up on delayed shipments
- Negotiate pricing terms and discounts with vendor partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related scientific disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Advanced proficiency in English language
- Advanced competency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP or AS400 systems (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated problem-solving ability

Minimum 5 years of direct experience in purchasing, procurement, or order management within a manufacturing or fashion supply chain environment, with demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiation and materials planning.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
