Loro Piana PR Intern in New York: Support Communications & Marketing in fast-paced luxury fashion environment. $20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily internal press distribution, scanning top industry outlets and disseminating key news to stakeholders
- Support Senior PR Director in overseeing PR agency weekly and monthly press coverage reporting across print, digital, and social channels; ensure reporting is circulated internally
- Support sample inventory processes, including arrivals, tracking, and end-of-season closeouts
- Partner with Senior PR Director and the NY-based PR agency on sample movement, store consignment pulls, and editor appointments; conduct inventory checks across the retail network as needed
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the PR and Marketing sample closets
- Support maintenance of the department's press, influencer, and VIP database
- Assist with departmental reports, special events, and administrative tasks
- Support overall communications strategy through research, list building, and data analysis
- Provide credit details to publications and agency partners as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of relevant agency or in-house Fashion PR, Marketing, or Events experience (internship or full-time)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with DMR and FashionGPS programs
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the fashion industry
