Loro Piana is seeking a Production Planning Intern for a six-month, full-time, on-site internship in the Planning Department’s Textile Samples Area in Quarona. The intern will support sample production planning, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and process improvements; gross monthly pay is €800, and a company canteen is provided.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and scheduling sample production.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on sample orders and production processes.
- Use Excel and other data analysis tools to create reports and identify trends.
- Work with custom systems and SQL databases to manage and extract data.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, accurate sample delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Willingness to communicate and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Availability to work on-site at the Quarona headquarters.
