Loro Piana seeks a Product Operations Specialist in Ghemme, Italy. Support product development operations, BOM management, and supplier coordination. EUR 30,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate actively with the Product Team during garment inspection and matching phases to ensure correct and timely finalization of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Create orders for garments and semi-finished products, launch orders, and monitor material shipments to suppliers
- Verify finished garments against BOMs to ensure conformity and quality standards
- Request and input costs into the PLM system, including cost scenario modeling
- Review, audit, and input invoicing data for finished garments
- Validate codes related to packaging and pop-up collections
- Execute administrative support tasks for the product development team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, supply chain, or related sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with PLM and/or SAP systems
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and suppliers
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations, supply chain management, or closely related functions within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary education in supply chain, product management, or related disciplines preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Ghemme, Piedmont, Italy, within easy reach of Milan.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
