Loro Piana Product Operations Assistant position in Milan, supporting product development operations, prototypes and samples.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Team to inspect garments and define combinations, ensuring bills of materials are finalized accurately and on time.
- Create work orders for garments and semi-finished products, launch orders, and monitor the subsequent dispatch of materials to suppliers.
- Check finished garments against the bill of materials to ensure compliance.
- Request and enter costs in PLM, opening costing scenarios.
- Review, check, and enter invoices for finished garments.
- Validate codes for packages and pop-ups.
- Carry out administrative activities in support of the team.
- Monitor budgets.
- Enter prices.
Qualifications
- Experience in the sector or a related environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PLM and/or SAP.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
