Product Operations Assistant role at Loro Piana in Impruneta, Italy. Support product development with PLM, SAP, and cost management. EUR 27,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate actively with the Product Team during quality control and matching phases to ensure timely and accurate bill-of-materials finalization
- Create orders for finished garments and semi-finished goods, execute order launches, and monitor material dispatch to suppliers
- Verify finished garments against bill-of-materials specifications to ensure compliance
- Request and input costs into the PLM system and open cost scenarios
- Review, audit, and enter invoices related to finished garments
- Validate codes for packages and pop-up collections
- Execute administrative tasks in support of the product development team
- Monitor departmental budget allocation and expenditure
- Input and manage pricing data
Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, luxury goods, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
- Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Demonstrated organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or early-career professional; experience in the fashion, textiles, luxury goods, or adjacent sectors is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong organizational and technical foundation.
Education
Secondary education (Diploma di Scuola Superiore) or equivalent; candidates with vocational training in fashion, supply chain, or business administration are encouraged to apply.
Workplace
This position is based in Impruneta, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
