Role & Responsibilities
- Collect design briefs and technical specifications from the styling team to inform prototype development
- Supervise and oversee all phases of prototype and sample production, ensuring aesthetic alignment with design requirements and adherence to delivery timelines
- Manage product codification processes and BOM (Bill of Materials) documentation in coordination with the product team
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external production laboratories to ensure timely prototype delivery
- Optimize production costs and negotiate supplier agreements to achieve favorable pricing structures
- Complete and verify cost sheets to maintain budgetary accuracy and product profitability
