Loro Piana in Milan seeks a Product & Packaging Intern for the Brand Visual Experience team — on-site internship focused on product and packaging development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage layout and print files for lookbooks, seasonal catalogs, labels and product booklets, coordinating with external graphic design studios to ensure brand-consistent output.
- Collaborate with Product and Industrialization teams to translate product requirements into new layout and packaging specifications.
- Oversee prototypes and color-proofing processes with suppliers, track revisions and secure final approvals for printed materials.
- Support the Branding team in packaging prototype project management and liaise with Procurement to advance industrialization and supplier alignment.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of packaging and printed collateral.
Qualifications
- Degree or final-year student in Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven organisational ability with strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple projects to deadline.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving orientation and demonstrable passion for luxury goods; SAP knowledge is a plus.
