The Private Client Relations Specialist supports Loro Piana’s VIC strategy across EMEA, coordinating client information, initiatives, events, journeys, and related logistics with stores and internal stakeholders. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid, with an initial gross annual salary of EUR 42,000 that may vary based on experience, skills, seniority, and organizational needs; employment is governed by the CCNL Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stores across EMEA markets to collect and consolidate accurate client-related information, serving as a liaison between stores, headquarters, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the timely sharing of information, documentation, guidelines, and follow-up materials to support clarity, alignment, and consistency.
- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of VIC events and experiences, including post-event documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate client journeys and related logistics end to end, anticipating potential issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Manage schedules, calendars, timelines, and meetings with stores.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of Private Client Relations calls and contribute to the smooth execution of initiatives while reducing last-minute execution risks.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and punctuality across client-related activities.
- Strong discretion, reliability, and professionalism, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities effectively, and remain flexible and responsive during key client moments.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
