The Private Client Relations Coordinator supports Loro Piana’s EMEA VIC strategy by coordinating with stores, facilitating information flow, supporting client initiatives and events, and managing client journeys and logistics. This permanent, full-time role is based in Milan and is governed by the Italian CCNL Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda; annual gross starting pay is EUR 50,000, subject to variation based on experience, skills, seniority and organizational needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stores across EMEA to collect and consolidate accurate client information, serving as a liaison between stores, headquarters and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the timely sharing of information, documentation, guidelines and follow-up details to support clarity, alignment and consistency across activities.
- Support the planning, execution and follow-up of VIC events and experiences, including post-event documentation and reporting, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate client journeys and associated logistics in line with plans, manage end-to-end execution and anticipate potential issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Manage schedules, calendars, timelines and meetings with stores; support the preparation and follow-up of Private Client Relations calls; and help execute initiatives while reducing last-minute risks.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and punctuality across client-related activities.
- Show discretion, reliability, professionalism, ownership and accountability.
- Anticipate needs, manage priorities effectively, and remain flexible and responsive during key client moments.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
