Loro Piana — PR Intern (internship) in New York. Support Communications & Marketing with press distribution, sample management and media reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily internal press distribution and media monitoring; scan top outlets and circulate key industry coverage to the team.
- Support the Senior PR Director in consolidating and reviewing the PR agency’s weekly and monthly coverage reports across print, digital and social channels; ensure timely internal distribution of reports.
- Support sample inventory operations including receipt, tracking, seasonal close-outs and movement between offices, stores and agency partners.
- Coordinate with the Senior PR Director and New York–based PR agency on sample movement, store consignment pulls and editor appointments; perform inventory checks across the retail network as required.
- Organize and maintain the PR and Marketing sample closets and assist with sample logistics during events and appointments.
- Maintain and update the department press, influencer and VIP database; assist with list-building, research and data analysis to support outreach strategies.
- Assist with departmental reporting, special events, administrative tasks and providing credit details to publications or the agency when requested.
- Contribute to overall PR strategy support through research, list building and basic data analysis.
- Be available full-time; work schedule Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 with Friday remote work as specified.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of relevant agency or in‑house fashion PR, marketing or events experience (internship or full‑time experience acceptable).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; professional written and verbal communication.
- Curiosity and demonstrated passion for the luxury fashion industry.

1–2 years of relevant agency or in‑house fashion PR, marketing or events experience; internship experience is acceptable. Beginner-level candidates with demonstrable related experience will be considered.
