Loro Piana Operations Supervisor role in Las Vegas Crystals location. Manage back-of-house operations, inventory, and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop back-of-house team members involved in operational duties and merchandise logistics, providing coaching and constructive feedback to support professional growth
- Partner with team members and retail leaders to align inventory needs and replenishment forecasting with sales potential and company standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and streamline operational processes while overseeing accurate shipment processing and merchandise transfers
- Oversee movement of merchandise from back-of-house to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels across the store
- Conduct cycle counts according to corporate calendar to verify product quantities; report discrepancies and perform regular condition audits in a timely manner
- Identify and recommend operational improvements for back-of-house functions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with Store Manager to facilitate performance management by delivering constructive feedback and professional development guidance
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure, organized, and compliant workspace
- Maintain clean, neatly organized stockrooms with proper labeling systems to facilitate sales operations
- Manage reservations and consignments, resolving issues in accordance with company guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of operations and inventory control practices
- Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
