Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-house staff across all operational duties and merchandise logistics while providing coaching and professional development support
- Partner with team members and retail leaders to align inventory needs and replenishments with sales potential
- Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes, overseeing accurate processing of shipments and transfers
- Oversee merchandise movement from back-of-house to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies in timely manner
- Perform regular product condition audits and identify improvement opportunities for back-of-house functions
- Collaborate with Store Manager to facilitate performance management and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Maintain organized stock rooms with proper labeling and manage reservations and consignments per company guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and inventory control expertise
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
