Loro Piana seeks Operations Staff for a part-time position in Tokyo, available as a permanent or contract employee. The role combines store administration and cash-handling duties with receiving, organizing and managing inventory, with occasional customer assistance and product replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming external and customer-service calls, routing or relaying them to the appropriate team members.
- Share and respond to important emails and Teams messages, and send deadline reminders.
- Manage, update, and create various forms.
- Perform cashier duties, including register closing.
- Manage funds, including sales proceeds, petty cash, and revenue stamps.
- Manage various documents and vouchers.
- Manage and close attendance records.
- Handle currency exchange and mail.
- Receive store deliveries and check their accuracy.
- Stock merchandise in the stockroom and/or on the sales floor, manage store inventory, and return defective products.
- Organize and supervise store inventory, spending much of the working day in the warehouse or stockroom.
- Assist customers on the sales floor with questions and consultations, and replenish merchandise as needed.
