Loro Piana Operations Specialist role in Miami Design District—luxury retail inventory and warehouse management, full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes by handling accurate processing of shipments and transfers
- Oversee the movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor while maintaining inventory levels aligned with sales potential
- Conduct cycle counts per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies; perform regular audits to verify product conditions
- Facilitate implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and preparing products for display
- Ensure ongoing inventory organization according to company procedures and establish optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales operations
- Maintain effective communication with operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery
- Provide sales team with detailed inventory availability updates to support sales process and enhance performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational and inventory experience in luxury retail or comparable environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control procedures
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds regularly
