Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes by handling accurate processing of shipments and transfers
- Oversee movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor while maintaining appropriate inventory levels aligned with sales potential
- Conduct cycle counts according to corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies in a timely manner, performing regular audits to verify product conditions
- Facilitate implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and preparing products for display
- Ensure ongoing inventory organization according to company procedures and establish optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility by the sales team
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized stockrooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales operations
- Maintain effective communication with operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery
- Provide sales team with detailed updates regarding inventory availability to support the sales process and enhance sales performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
