Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes while handling accurate processing of shipments and transfers
- Oversee the movement of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with sales potential
- Conduct cycle counts per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies in a timely manner; perform regular audits to verify product conditions
- Facilitate implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and product preparation for display
- Ensure ongoing inventory organization according to company procedures and establish optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized stockrooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales operations
- Maintain effective communication with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery
- Provide the sales team with detailed updates regarding inventory availability to support the sales process and enhance performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
