Loro Piana, Paris. Operations Coordinator to manage boutique operations, inventory, and financial controls for a luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure application of operational procedures and maintain service excellence standards throughout the boutique
- Oversee daily opening and closing protocols and coordinate activities between sales floor and back-office operations
- Supervise merchandise receipts, inter-store transfers, and stock replenishment to the sales floor
- Organize rotating and annual inventory counts; identify and resolve stock discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor cash handling, oversee cashier opening and closing procedures, and verify bank deposits and financial reconciliation
- Track refunds, credit notes, and exchanges; verify transaction compliance and participate in internal financial audits
- Guarantee product availability for sales teams; process special orders, reservations, and coordinate delivery and personalization services
- Facilitate omnichannel operations including Click & Collect, Ship From Store, and remote sales transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated expertise in retail operations management and stock control procedures
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative team mindset
- Proven problem-solving capability and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail practices and fulfillment processes
