Loro Piana seeks Merchandising Specialist in Seoul for retail analysis, buying coordination, and inventory management. Full-time, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, sell-through, and other relevant data to support seasonal buying and business decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance, and execute stock rotations based on analysis
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly business reports highlighting key performance trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Participate in overseas buying trips and independently conduct buying for assigned categories, including preparation, order placement, and post-buying analysis
- Partner with Retail, Planning, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure timely product launches and effective merchandise execution
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify relevant product and market trends
- Communicate with headquarters and central merchandising teams regarding product, order status, deliveries, and operational matters
- Maintain accurate merchandising data and documentation across relevant systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or fashion
- Strong commercial mindset and passion for the luxury industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English; multilingual capability strongly preferred
