Loro Piana Merchandising Intern position in Dubai, UAE. Support inventory management, KPI analysis, and buying operations for the Middle East region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly reporting and analysis of key performance indicators related to sales and stock levels
- Perform merchandising analyses by country, store, and product category
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to inform merchandising strategy
- Support pre- and post-buying analysis and reporting
- Participate in buying sessions and order input processes
- Monitor stock levels across retail locations
- Evaluate in-season product replenishments and recommend allocation adjustments
- Prepare presentations for seasonal product training initiatives
- Contribute to communication tools and materials for store teams
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience or knowledge of SAP/Business Warehouse systems
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated passion and sensibility for the luxury sector
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

Beginner level experience or recent graduate with foundational understanding of merchandising, retail operations, or supply chain principles.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
