Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily internal press distribution and perform media monitoring across top print, digital and social outlets; circulate relevant coverage to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior PR Director in compiling and overseeing the PR agency’s weekly and monthly press-coverage reports across print, digital and social channels.
  • Coordinate sample inventory processes, including tracking new arrivals, movement between locations, end-of-season closeouts and store consignment pulls.
  • Partner with the Senior PR Director and the New York–based PR agency to arrange editor appointments, manage sample movement and conduct retail network inventory checks as required.
  • Organize and maintain the PR and Marketing sample closets to ensure accurate stock, labelling and retrieval procedures.
  • Maintain and update the department’s press, influencer and VIP databases; support list-building and database hygiene.
  • Assist with departmental reports, special events logistics and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to research, data analysis and strategic support that underpin PR and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide publication credit details and liaise with agencies/publications to ensure accurate acknowledgements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently completing one.
  • 1–2 years of relevant agency or in-house fashion PR, marketing or events experience (including prior internships).
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across teams.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with DMR and FashionGPS programs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in sample handling, reporting and database maintenance.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and genuine passion for the luxury fashion industry.
  • Available to work full time on a hybrid schedule (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00; Fridays remote).
