Loro Piana seeks a Marginality Specialist in Milan (hybrid) to lead margin analysis, reporting and pricing support for the Fashion & Leather Goods division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain and distribute comprehensive marginality analyses and standardized reports to support collection-level decision making.
- Deliver ad hoc product-level marginality investigations and scenario modelling to inform pricing, costing and assortment choices.
- Drive process optimisation for collection coordination, negotiation and marginality control across Product Development, Production and Merchandising.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations during feedback sessions with Product PMs, Collection Merchandising and Costing teams.
- Produce compelling cross-functional documentation and data visualisations for final debriefs and executive reviews.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to evolve costing, pricing and marginality processes and tools.
- Maintain proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure timely information flow and alignment across functions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in marginality, pricing, costing or financial analysis — preferably within fashion, luxury goods or retail.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
- Proficiency with Power BI and Business Objects is required.
- Familiarity with PLM Centric and SAP is a strong advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and synthesis capabilities with a strong attention to numerical detail.

Experience
At least 3 years in a comparable analytical role focused on margin, pricing or costing—ideally within fashion, leather goods or high-end retail environments, with hands-on experience producing reports and actionable insights for merchandising and product teams.
Education
Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or a related field.
