Loro Piana in Milan seeks a Manufacturing & Traceability Solutions Intern for a 6-month hybrid internship supporting project coordination and documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and the Manufacturing & Traceability team in day-to-day project activities and in coordinating communication among stakeholders.
- Contribute to defining and updating workplans, test books and validation activities for project deliverables.
- Maintain and structure project documentation, ensuring adherence to defined requirements and processes.
- Track progress of tasks against project milestones and escalate deviations when necessary.
- Monitor and document open points, project risks and critical issues; support mitigation follow-up.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for management and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related scientific discipline.
- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proven organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Jira.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for recent graduates or current postgraduate students. Prior internship or academic project experience in project coordination, manufacturing processes or traceability initiatives is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related scientific discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
