Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Logistics team in preparing transport documentation, commercial invoices and export paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate shipments with internal and external warehouses, carriers, couriers and freight forwarders; plan and schedule collections.
- Manage daily carrier communication and follow up on shipments to monitor status and resolve delays or exceptions.
- Handle claims and discrepancies; liaise with customer service and warehouse teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Request and evaluate quotations for special shipments and verify service invoices for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high-school diploma; formal studies in logistics, supply chain, transport or technical-commercial subjects preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents and verifying invoices.
