Loro Piana seeks Logistics Coordinator (6-month temporary contract) in Seoul. Support import/export operations and shipping documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support compilation and creation of import/export shipping documents with corresponding Excel updates
  • Manage outbound and return shipment information and workflows
  • Assist with shipping schedules and delivery information management
  • Update label information and maintain label databases
  • Support subsidiary materials list management and maintenance
  • Assist with import/export documentation including CITES compliance procedures
  • Provide general logistics administrative support as required

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Business-level English communication skills for international headquarters coordination
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
  • Entry-level candidates with demonstrated strong desire to learn and grow in logistics

Experience
