Loro Piana seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Seoul (6-month temporary) to support import/export documentation, shipping schedules and SAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, collate and maintain import/export shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance (including CITES-related paperwork).
- Update and reconcile shipping and inventory data in Excel and internal systems.
- Support management of outbound shipments, returns and delivery schedules; communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain and revise label and component (subsidiary material) lists.
- Assist with SAP/ERP and departmental EDI transactions related to logistics where required.
- Undertake general logistics administrative duties to support the local operations team.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Business-level English for written and verbal communication with headquarters.
- Academic background or coursework in international trade, supply chain management or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing regulatory documentation.
- Comfort with repetitive data entry and maintaining process documentation.

Experience
Entry-level — candidates with 0–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export administration or supply chain support are appropriate. Internship or temporary logistics experience is acceptable.
Education
University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
