Role & Responsibilities
- Operate linking machines to assemble knitted garment panels into finished pieces, producing prototypes, samples and production runs while respecting assigned production cycles and timings.
- Perform straight‑line ('dritto‑filo') and 'infilo punti' linking stitches across multiple machine gauges.
- Execute paired and overlapped seams where required to meet design and durability specifications.
- Inspect knit panels for quality issues (selvage, panel perimeter) and ensure left/right symmetry and correct matching of panels.
- Control knit tension throughout different phases of assembly to preserve garment shape and finish.
