Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain internal quality standards and inspection criteria for knitwear product families, with attention to specific items as required.
- Act as the technical reference for problem-solving analyses of process deviations and lead the design and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Manage the internal Knitwear Quality Check team to verify finished-garment conformity against pre-production samples and control non-conformities across all production quality checkpoints.
- Collaborate with Operations to perform process analyses and identify opportunities to stabilise manufacturing flows.
- Draft, refine and standardise operating procedures and work instructions for the Quality area.
- Drive corrective, preventive and continuous-improvement initiatives in partnership with Process Engineering, Product Development, Internal Production and Industrialization teams.
- Develop, monitor and refine quality performance indicators for internal knitwear factories.
Qualifications
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management Engineering.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in quality roles, with demonstrable exposure to knitwear production.
- Solid knowledge of knitting processes (from knitting to pressing and packaging) and basic understanding of yarn processing.
- Familiarity with statistical quality methodologies including descriptive statistics, Process Capability, Statistical Process Control and Measurement Systems Analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, PowerPoint and Minitab is an advantage.
- Professional command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork orientation and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Minimum 3 years' experience in quality contexts, including hands-on experience within a knitwear or textile production environment and responsibility for quality control activities.
Education
Degree in Textile, Mechanical or Management Engineering.
