Role & Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and detailed 3D designs for windows, pop-ups, pop-ins and in-store displays, ensuring fidelity to the brand aesthetic.
- Produce technical 3D files and 2D layouts for production packages and vendor use, maintaining accuracy for prototyping and final fabrication.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to define product placement and optimize presentation solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Support ideation and design of sets, props and in-store animations; propose innovative solutions aligned with brand standards.
- Work with production and vendor teams to brief suppliers, oversee prototype development and ensure feasibility across project phases.
- Research trends in culture, architecture, fashion, art, furniture and materials to inform concepts and material selections.
- Partner with production specialists to evaluate and specify innovative materials and manufacturing techniques.
Qualifications
- School background in Interior Design, Product Design or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in creative development, set design, visual merchandising or a comparable role.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end visual projects is highly desirable.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrable sensitivity to brand-oriented design paired with patience, flexibility and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
At least three years in a creative development role — ideally within luxury retail, visual merchandising or set/installation design — with hands-on production follow-through from concept to prototype.
Education
Degree or equivalent certification in Interior Design, Product Design or a related design discipline.
