Loro Piana Junior Accountant Intern in Milan — support European Finance team in accounting operations and financial reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and coordinate with store staff for cash management procedures
  • Post and process journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in the preparation and review of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in compliance with legal and company accounting guidelines
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
  • Support the Finance Supervisor in monthly closing procedures
  • Archive and organize corporate financial documents
  • Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and special assignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related discipline
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; French language knowledge is a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
