Loro Piana seeks IT Logistics & Quality Solutions Specialist in Milan. SAP EWM and TMS expertise required. EUR 42,000 annual base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for all Logistics IT-related activities across Loro Piana
- Act as key liaison between central operations teams, warehouses, distribution centers, and external logistics partners
- Collect and analyze business requirements related to Warehouse Management, Distribution, Transportation, and Logistics processes
- Support implementation, evolution, and maintenance of ERP and logistics-related applications, ensuring alignment with operational needs
- Maintain governance and operational continuity for implemented solutions, ensuring system reliability and data consistency
- Collaborate with software vendors and external partners to ensure effective service delivery and timely incident resolution
- Work with Technology & Cybersecurity teams to support integrations, interfaces, and optimization of logistics systems
- Partner with Corporate Functions and Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into IT solutions
- Support business analysis activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and rollout of new functionalities
- Monitor application performance and support service level achievement through continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide autonomous management of TMS integrated solutions, coordinating vendors and supporting end-users
- Manage incidents, change requests, and enhancements related to logistics applications
- Coordinate with business users and operational teams to ensure efficient system adoption
- Support integration activities between ERP systems, WMS platforms, and third-party logistics solutions
- Participate in project activities related to logistics transformation and process digitalization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application support or project activities within Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain environments
- Very good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes, including warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes
- Proven knowledge of ERP systems and logistics applications, specifically SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments

Experience
At least 5 years of experience in IT application support or project activities within Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain environments. Demonstrated expertise in supporting and evolving logistics systems in enterprise environments, with proven experience managing incidents, change requests, and cross-functional implementation projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 42,000 per annum.
