Loro Piana seeks an Interiors Fabrics Product Development Intern in Milan to support textile collection management and development over six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development activities of the Interiors Fabrics collection
- Manage and update product documentation and technical materials
- Create and organize textile sample folders and collection materials
- Coordinate the collection and management of textile samples
- Oversee coordination of certification and compliance activities for new textiles
- Maintain and archive technical documentation and collection materials
- Provide operational support to creative teams during various product development phases
- Serve as interface with suppliers and internal functions involved in the product development process
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in textile disciplines or related fields
- Knowledge of primary textile types and yarns
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Strong mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Precision, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative work ethic and strong interfunctional communication skills
- Willingness to undertake business travel
