Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Industrial Quality team for the Shoes category in daily quality activities at the Porto San Giorgio site.
- Set up, maintain and update the weekly on-site Quality Corner for internal productions.
- Manage quality data traceability and perform quantitative quality analyses to inform corrective actions.
- Draft and maintain quality control sheets and product packaging checklists for existing items.
- Develop, optimise and continuously improve self-inspection procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to preliminary process FMEA and associated control plans.
- Coordinate material and finished-product testing activities from planning through data analysis and populate quality KPIs.
- Assist in root-cause problem-solving for production issues, process deviations and rework needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or current enrolment) in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork in cross-functional manufacturing environments.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an aptitude for handling quality data and KPIs.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Porto San Giorgio facility for the full 6-month internship period.

Experience
Entry-level internship suitable for recent graduates or students; no prior professional experience required. Beginner-level experience with quality methods or coursework in industrial/quality engineering is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Management/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
