Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the Quality team based in Impruneta for a six-month internship, supporting day-to-day quality activities.
- Prepare and maintain the weekly 'Quality Corner' for internal production sites, including setup and ongoing upkeep.
- Collect, trace and analyse quality data to support continuous improvement and management reporting.
- Draft and update quality control sheets for existing products and packaging specifications.
- Design, optimise and continuously improve self-inspection procedures at production points.
- Collaborate on preliminary process FMEA and the development of associated control plans.
- Support coordination of material and finished-product testing activities from planning through data analysis and KPI population.
- Contribute to root-cause analyses and problem-solving efforts for production issues, process deviations or product non-conformities that may affect finished-goods quality or require rework.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in management/industrial engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Available for a full-time, on-site six-month internship in Impruneta, Tuscany.
