Loro Piana seeks a Human Resources Intern for a six-month, full-time internship at its Porto San Giorgio plant, supporting the HR team across recruitment, HR reporting, budgeting and HRIS processes. The internship provides gross monthly compensation of €800 and ticket restaurant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, managing the candidate journey, following up on applications, and preparing recruitment reports.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends, optimise existing reports, and develop new ones.
- Participate in the budgeting process by identifying and collecting FTE requirements and analysing cost elements.
- Coordinate HRIS processes, including hiring, suspension, and termination.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources Management, or a similar field.
- IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, planning, and deadline-monitoring skills.
- Problem-solving ability, precision, attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and flexibility.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
- Strong passion for the luxury industry.
