Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, from initial recruiting to new hire onboarding.
  • Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and projects.
  • Facilitate learning and development training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Update HR SharePoint site content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and internship events.
  • Monitor the HR inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members.
  • Support the HR team in ad hoc projects such as research, presentations, and data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Experience

Previous HR internship experience is a plus.
