Loro Piana HRIS & Organization Analysis Internship in Milan — 6-month role supporting HR systems and organizational development projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support organizational development projects and change management initiatives
- Assist in implementation and management of HR information systems
- Provide guidance to new colleagues on HR information and reporting systems
- Manage organizational reporting, data input, and data quality within HR information systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Management Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Team orientation and flexibility
