Loro Piana HR Intern position in Seoul. Support human resources operations including recruitment, employee benefits, and HR administration. 3-month internship, extendable.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Update employee directory and organizational chart records
- Assist with inquiries from former employees and issue employment-related documents such as certificates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes from initiation through completion
- Coordinate and operate employee benefit programs
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics
- Assist the HR Director with office position recruiting initiatives
- Support internal referral programs and manage relationships with external recruiting vendors
- Monitor fixed-term contracts and coordinate probationary period reviews
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including workstation setup, business card orders, and welcome kits
- Process HR-related expenses and maintain accurate documentation
- Execute health and safety compliance tasks and maintain relevant records
- Organize and administer mandatory training programs and maintain training records
- Support employee engagement events and activities
- Execute ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or Bachelor's degree holder
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated accuracy in administrative tasks
- Strong interest in pursuing a career path in luxury and fashion industries

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Related HR or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
