Role & Responsibilities
- Support organizational development projects and change management initiatives
- Assist with implementation and management of HR information systems
- Facilitate onboarding of colleagues to HR information and reporting systems
- Manage organizational reporting, data input, and data quality assurance related to HR information systems
- Contribute to innovative HRIS projects and system optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team collaboration ability and operational flexibility
