Loro Piana seeks HR Admin Specialist in Milan, Italy. Support EMEA payroll and HR administration with Zucchetti and SuccessFactors expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform timecard reconciliation in Zucchetti, ensuring accurate and timely recording of employee attendance data
  • Manage mandatory communications for new hires, terminations, and employment status changes while ensuring full legal compliance
  • Deliver administrative onboarding training to new joiners on severance indemnities, fringe benefits, company asset policies, and required certifications
  • Serve as primary employee contact for inquiries regarding labor regulations and newly implemented HR policies
  • Execute accurate and timely data entry and system updates in SuccessFactors for all employee life cycle events including hires, terminations, profile changes, leave absences, and cost center modifications
  • Manage work and residence permits for expatriate employees and provide support with housing arrangements (temporary and permanent)
  • Activate insurance coverage including death, disability, and health insurance for all employees

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in HR administration-focused roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Zucchetti and SuccessFactors HR systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Italian and European labor law and administrative procedures
  • Fluency in English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
