Role & Responsibilities

  • Reconcile employee timecards in Zucchetti, ensuring attendance and hours are recorded accurately and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage mandatory employment communications (UNILAV) for hires, terminations and contractual changes to ensure legal compliance.
  • Review payslips produced by the external payroll provider according to schedule; identify, escalate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Control and prepare payroll input files (car fringe benefits, expense reports, bonuses from integrative agreements) for loading by the payroll provider.
  • Deliver administrative onboarding sessions covering TFR, fringe benefits, company asset policies and required self-certifications.
  • Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors for lifecycle events (hires, terminations, contract/hours changes, long leaves, cost center moves).
  • Act as employee point of contact for payroll, payslip queries, labor regulation questions and internal HR policy updates.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and communications to third parties such as industrial unions, trade unions and Istat.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll-related tasks (internship experience accepted).
  • Working knowledge of Italian labor legislation and payroll processes, including UNILAV procedures and TFR handling.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with employees, external providers and trade bodies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data reconciliation and payroll checks.

Experience
