Loro Piana seeks Head of DEI & CSR in Milan: Lead global diversity, inclusion, and corporate responsibility strategy. EUR 78k + bonus. Full-time, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging by role modelling inclusive behaviours and leading initiatives that strengthen employee engagement
- Act as a DEI ambassador and drive the implementation of the global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and evolving priorities
- Deliver on strategic initiatives across key pillars including equitable talent practices, inclusive leadership, employee resource groups, accessibility, and awareness through training and education
- Develop and oversee corporate social responsibility initiatives focused on volunteering, philanthropy, social sustainability, and community engagement
- Prepare annual CSR and DEI reports, monitor progress against key objectives, and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards and legal requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on DEI topics, providing guidance on sensitive matters and supporting inclusive decision-making
- Oversee the corporate donations process, manage budgets, and build relationships with charities, NGOs, and external partners supporting the company's CSR strategy
- Partner with HR, Communications, and Marketing to position the organisation as an employer of choice recognised for its inclusive culture and responsible business practices
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of previous experience in an international organization within the HR, CSR, or DEI function
- Team management and global coordination leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence relevant stakeholders
- Strong analytical, reporting, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in an international organisation, specifically within HR, Corporate Social Responsibility, or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functions. Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing inclusive workplace initiatives and corporate social responsibility programmes at a strategic level.
Education
Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A degree in Green Management and/or Corporate Social Responsibility is considered advantageous.

This position is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 78,000 per annum.
