Loro Piana Avenue Programme: 18-month graduate trainee role in Product Marginality & Pricing, Milan. Permanent contract, July 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure to price architecture, cost structures, and margin definition across collections during rotations in Collection Merchandising and Product Marginality teams
- Develop understanding of how pricing and costing are managed across the product development cycle to meet marginality targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making in product strategy and business performance
- Strengthen analytical skills through exposure to production dynamics and industrial drivers behind product value
- Contribute to long-term business sustainability at Loro Piana through understanding of margin management and pricing strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel and relocate both within Italy and globally
- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship

Experience
Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships. Beginner to junior-level candidates with foundational exposure to finance, merchandising, or product management are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields.
