Loro Piana seeks a Finance Transformation and Governance Analyst to support finance governance and compliance and improve accounting, reporting and control processes, including digital transformation and AI initiatives using SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel. The role is full-time and permanent, governed by the CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento e Moda and the supplementary company agreement; initial gross annual salary is EUR 30,000.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the definition, updating and monitoring of finance processes, procedures and guidelines, ensuring alignment with corporate governance principles and Group policies.
  • Contribute to finance compliance activities, including verifying the application of internal procedures and key controls and ensuring supporting documentation is properly formalized.
  • Provide operational support for Finance Transformation projects by analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing summaries, workflows and project documentation.
  • Participate in initiatives to implement artificial intelligence solutions for Finance, particularly to automate recurring activities, data analysis, reporting and decision support.
  • Use SAP and HFM for analysis, data extraction, reconciliation, information-flow monitoring and reporting support.
  • Develop and update reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and Excel, ensuring the quality, traceability and readability of finance information.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, IT and business functions involved in finance processes, facilitating coordination and information sharing.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, analyses and documentation for internal meetings, project status updates and management monitoring activities.
  • Contribute to adoption of digital tools and working methods that improve efficiency, standardization and finance processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Interest in finance processes, corporate governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and formalize procedures, workflows and operational documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or structured ERP systems; knowledge of HFM is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge for creating reports, dashboards and data analyses is desirable.
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with artificial intelligence applications, including agent creation, automation, data analysis and reporting.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Practical, hands-on and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to engage with activity and system details.
  • Accuracy, reliability, confidentiality and attention to data and documentation quality.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, flexibility and desire to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team, including with cross-functional stakeholders.
