Loro Piana seeks an Executive Assistant in Milan to manage executive calendars, travel, meetings and confidential administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the executive's calendar, scheduling and coordinating internal and external appointments to maximise efficiency.
- Plan and organise national and international business travel, handling flights, accommodation, local transport and related logistics.
- Prepare, coordinate and support meetings, events and off-site gatherings, including technology setup and distribution of briefing materials.
- Draft, format and proof corporate documents and executive presentations, ensuring brand-appropriate quality and consistency.
- Support administrative and accounting processes such as invoice handling, contracts, expense reports and reimbursements in line with company policy.
- Handle confidential matters and sensitive information with the highest discretion and professional integrity.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and other Executive Assistants to coordinate inter-departmental activities and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior management in complex, international organisations.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to handle confidential information with discretion and reliability.
- Availability for occasional national and international business travel.
