This curricular internship invites talented individuals to join Loro Piana's Private Client Relations Team, supporting the execution of the company's VIC strategy across EMEA retail markets. The role combines coordination, accuracy, and operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury environment, offering exposure to high-end client journey management, event curation, and international stakeholder collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stores across EMEA markets to collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate client-related information with timely documentation updates
- Support the execution of VIC (Very Important Client) events and experiences, ensuring precise planning, flawless execution, and comprehensive pre and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate client logistics and craft personalized itineraries for each client journey across international markets
- Prepare and facilitate monthly and weekly coordination calls with stores and senior management, updating internal event calendars and tracking systems
- Maintain and support VIC reports, trackers, client lists, and event-related data repositories, ensuring accuracy and regular updates
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Exceptional attention to detail and punctuality in handling client-related activities and documentation
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in managing confidential client information
- Interest in event planning, client logistics coordination, and personalized itinerary development
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with retail stores and stakeholders across international markets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and calendar management
- Fluent written and spoken English
